Michelle is the Co-Founder of ColiveHC, a healthcare growth enablement firm based in Chandler, AZ. Michelle is a seasoned healthcare sales and growth leader with engagements spanning community hospital growth engagements to multi million-dollar clinical laboratory sales departments. Michelle has implemented high performing growth strategies throughout the US in the clinical lab industry and has most recently developed a proprietary direct to consumer clinical lab testing strategy which will revolutionize personalized medicine.

I have a passion for building strategic relationships, maximizing sales revenue, and possess strong experience in new business acquisitions. I enjoy quality time with my two boys, husband and family thru the diverse weather that “pure” Michigan brings.

Cody’s passion is for finding solutions to address healthcare’s biggest problem – sustainable and responsible growth. Cody has spent the past 20 years growing and leading healthcare companies through some of the most challenging times. As Co-Founder of ColiveHC, Cody oversees growth opportunities for current and prospective partners. His visionary processes have made Cody successful at transforming healthcare organizations nationwide from profit-draining cost center into sustainable revenue engines. Prior to forming ColiveHC, Cody was a founding member of Accumen’s successful health system transformation model focused on scaling best practices for supply chain, outreach services, clinical optimization, and operational excellence. Cody is a serial entrepreneur and has successfully launched two successful growth-enabling healthcare companies.
Cody is an avid ultramarathoner. Cody is married to his best friend and business partner, Michelle. He is a father of six children and currently lives in Chandler, AZ.

Rob is a senior healthcare executive with over 30 years in healthcare leadership, finance, and consulting.

Rob is a senior healthcare executive with over 30 years in healthcare leadership, finance, and consulting. Rob has led some of the most notable joint ventures and M&A deals in the laboratory and diagnostic space. Rob led the successful integration of Dynacare Labs and LabCorp. He was a founding member of aLabs (now Accumen) and successfully operationalized the PAML integration into LabCorp.
Rob received his Bachelor of Science and Masters of Business Administration from Oral Roberts University.

A Seattle, WA (Olympia) native, Rob currently lives in the Greenville, SC area with his wife, Suzie and two dogs.
