Michelle is the Co-Founder of ColiveHC, a healthcare growth enablement firm based in Chandler, AZ. Michelle is a seasoned healthcare sales and growth leader with engagements spanning community hospital growth engagements to multi million-dollar clinical laboratory sales departments. Michelle has implemented high performing growth strategies throughout the US in the clinical lab industry and has most recently developed a proprietary direct to consumer clinical lab testing strategy which will revolutionize personalized medicine.

Cody’s passion is for finding solutions to address healthcare’s biggest problem – sustainable and responsible growth. Cody has spent the past 20 years growing and leading healthcare companies through some of the most challenging times. As Co-Founder of ColiveHC, Cody oversees growth opportunities for current and prospective partners. His visionary processes have made Cody successful at transforming healthcare organizations nationwide from profit-draining cost center into sustainable revenue engines. Prior to forming ColiveHC, Cody was a founding member of Accumen’s successful health system transformation model focused on scaling best practices for supply chain, outreach services, clinical optimization, and operational excellence. Cody is a serial entrepreneur and has successfully launched two successful growth-enabling healthcare companies.

Cody is an avid ultramarathoner. Cody is married to his best friend and business partner, Michelle. He is a father of six children and currently lives in Chandler, AZ.

Jennifer Curran Blair, APRN-CNP, is a seasoned Family Nurse Practitioner and the current Director of Clinic Services at the Diabetic Centers for Excellence. With a career spanning over a decade, she has extensive experience in primary care, metabolic wellness, and chronic pain management.

Jennifer has held key positions at Optum, Neuropathy Treatment Clinic of Oklahoma, and OSU Medicine, where she provided comprehensive patient care and specialized treatments. After practicing at the bedside as a baccalaureate-prepared registered nurse, she completed her nurse practitioner training in 2012 at Duke University. She holds multiple certifications, including Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner.

Passionate about wellness, Jennifer loves Jesus, travel, staying active, and spending time with her husband, dog, and friends. She is dedicated to her community and stays involved with her church.

Chris Myers is passionate about transforming healthcare by providing innovative and patient-centered solutions. He transitioned into healthcare during the COVID-19 pandemic, leveraging his extensive background in logistics and supply chain management to found Community Diagnostics, which provided both testing services and PPE to providers across the U.S. As the Founder and CEO of Vanguard Laboratory Innovations, Chris focuses on delivering full-service laboratory solutions that enhance provider-patient interactions.

Chris also founded the Diabetic Centers for Excellence, integrating diagnostics, laboratory services, and holistic patient care. His visionary approach ensures comprehensive and seamless care for patients, supported by advanced diagnostics and a dedicated team of practitioners.

Before his healthcare ventures, Chris spent over 20 years in the apparel industry, gaining valuable experience that he now applies to his healthcare initiatives. Chris resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he continues to drive innovation and excellence in the healthcare industry.
